15 million for research from the Kempe Foundations

Nine researchers at Luleå University of Technology together receive more than 15 million SEK from the Kemp Foundations for various research projects and equipment. The biggest funding is given to Wood Science and Engineering, which receives 6 million SEK for the purchase of a CT scanner.

– The Kempe Foundations play an important role in the funding of research and equipment at our university. They largely contribute to the fact that we can have world-class laboratory equipment, says Erik Höglund, Pro Vice Chancellor of Luleå University of Technology.
