During the day, 60 students presented their thesis. It was also a day when many took farewell after many years of study together. Now new challenges are waiting for the engineering graduates, and many have already found work.
Some voices from the day
– It was fun to present and to listen to what the others had done. The MSc programme in Sustainable Energy Engineering has been incredibly fun and rewarding. I will now start as a Trainee at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery, says Frida Isaksson.
- A very nice event with a lovely atmosphere. I am very pleased with my education, it is also the only bachelor program in Sweden with a focus on the automotive industry, it fills an important gap in the labor market. Already next week I will start as a consultant in the automotive industry, I will work with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems), says Ludvid Söderberg, BSc in Automotive Engineering.
– It was exciting to hear what everyone had worked with the past six months. It was a good width and it shows that we can work in many different areas. I will continue at Scania in Södertälje where I did my thesis, says Josefine Johansson, MSc in Sustainable Energy Engineering.
