Published: 21 November 2017

Luleå University of Technology goes on a Swedish tour to meet prospective students. During November and December, employees and student ambassadors will be at Sweden's three largest student fairs in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö.

– About half of our students come from places south of Dalälven. It is important that we go out and meet our prospective students and inform them and answer to questions about our 130 educations. We choose to go to the largest fairs for high school students, with approximately 30,000 visitors each, says Anna Degerman, head of Luleå University of Technology's student recruitment.

The student fairs that Luleå University of Technology will visit are:
Kunskap och framtid in Gothenburg, 23-25 November. Luleå University of Technology is located in stand B03:28.
Saco Student Fair, Stockholm, November 29-December 1, stand C07: 21.
Saco Student Fair, Malmö, December 6, stand B06.

Employees from Luleå University of Technology student recruitment will be present at the fairs, as well as teachers and current students.

– Our current students are the ones who can best describe how it is to study at Luleå University of Technology. At each fair, our students will hold a presentation on stage and tell the audience more about their education, the university and what they think about life as a student. Visiting the fairs gives us an opportunity to meet many new prospective students, says Anna Degerman.
