Jonas Grafström, researcher in Economics, has been selected as one of Sweden's sustainability talents by the newspaper Aktuell Hållbarhet. The list of 33 people (33 years or younger) aims to highlight and present those who exemplify and set the agenda for sustainable development.

–It feels great and cool to be on the list, with people who are at the forefront of research within different areas and within such a broad range within the community as well as in companies in sustainability in Sweden," Jonas Grafström, says.

–When I heard what the others on the list had achieved and understood the impact they already had, I could only feel very humble and wonder if I could add another gear, he adds.

In the motivation of Jonas Grafström, it says: "At the breakpoint between environmental economics and environmental technology, Jonas Grafström is researching some of the world's most important challenges. He recently published a study on the conditions for large-scale capture of carbon dioxide and in his dissertation he studied technology dissemination in the European environmental energy sector. Jonas Grafström's research is also an appreciated lecturer, driven by spreading his and her research findings in a popular scientific and easy-to-understand way. "

The nominees received a diploma when the list of the 33 sustainability talents was launched in Stockholm on November 20th.
