This week nearly a hundred new students arrived to Piteå School of Music at Luleå University of Technology. As usual, the academic year begins with the so-called "nolleperiod" when the new students get the chance to get to know their new classmates.

Most of the students come from France, Germany, Spain and the United States.

Many new students welcomed

Now is Luleå University of Technology (LTU) filled with many new students. The programmes are about to start. William Carlsson, Elias Geokhaji and Jens Andersson are all 21 years old and new students in Economics - an education that is twice as popular in comparison to the previous year.
