Carina Lundmark is associate professor in Political Science with a strong research interest in participatory challenges in natural resource management (e.g. wildlife, water and marine management), for instance addressing prospects for deliberation and learning.
Lundmark currently participates in two research projects funded jointly by the European Union and the Swedish Research Council Formas; the BONUS BAMBI project (Baltic Sea marine biodiversity – addressing the potential of adaptation to climate change) and the BiodivERsA project ODYSSEUS (Between Scylla and Charybdis – Managing connectivity for freshwaters fish). She also leads a research project on decision-making in Swedish wildlife management, financed by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
Lundmark has long and diverse teaching experience on undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
