- We have already received good course evaluations in distance education, which has a ripple effect. In addition, the project has saved money and teacher time in many courses, says project manager Mary Prellwitz, lecturer at HLV.
The project's goal was to increase the use and knowledge of flexible forms of teaching in courses, increase throughput and cooperation between institutions at LTU.
In the project has 33 courses from LTU's institutions participated. The exchanges that have taken place across institutional boundaries has led to many new thoughts and ideas of the participants.
- Several participants describe that they have found a good way to develop their courses to become more flexible and that the new knowledge that the project has brought both inspired and facilitated this, says Maria Prellwitz.
Laboratory performed remotely, clearer study guides, changing learning tasks, new IT tools to increase flexibility and inspiration from other contributors are some kunskper developed within the project.
Each institution has attended by 2-8 courses. Department HLV attended by a total of eight courses.
The project ended with an exhibition at the university library where all the courses included unveiled their development. Opening was attended by 77 teachers from the university.
- During the project, we have had three exchanges between the institutions and it has been appreciated tremendously. For 33 courses to fit to present his development so we decided that it had to walk around and learn, which gave a good response.
