International cooperation to develop eHealth services for children and adolescent psychiatry

Researchers and representatives from children and adolescent psychiatry gathered in Tromsø on September 12 with an open conference day to share their experiences. Inspirational lecturers presented for example perspectives of co-creating processes, youth voices and artificial intelligence (AI)

Research teams from Norway, Finland, Scotland and Sweden continued discussions on September 13. The conclusion was that, although there have been a lot of challenges, the results show that health solutions  save both time and money and, above all, provide opportunities for equal treatment for children and young people, regardless of whether they live in a big city or in a rural area far away from specialist healthcare.
