As department administrator at the department for Arts, communication and education, based in Piteå, I primarily work with personnel issues such as:
- Employment Appointments
- Head of Department Decisions
- Introduction of new employees
- General administration and service to managers and colleagues
I am also responsible for registration in the Archive and registry system, mail and questions regarding the Migration Agency as well as the Tax Agency.
I can issue the Swedish State Business Travel Insurance Certificate for business travels and assignments abroad.
Mainly I support the division of Music, Media and Theatre (MMT) at Campus Piteå but if you have any questions you are welcome, regardless of departmental affiliation. If I can not answer your questions, I will do my best to put you in contact with someone who can.
