Future fossil-free passenger transport - Workshop - Lavsjö

Published: 22 April 2022

Passenger transport, rural areas and fossil freedom What are your experiences and thoughts?

The workshop is part of the research project "rural fossil-free passenger transport", where the focus is on contributing to a transformation towards fossil-free passenger transport in sparsely populated and rural areas with regard to social sustainability. In the Gunnarsby area, we collaborate with RÅEK.

Everyone from the villages in the Gunnarsby area is welcome to exchange thoughts and experiences about passenger transport. It is organized as small discussion groups. Using maps, there are three "overarching" issues that will be discussed:

  • What trips do you make today?
  • Why are you making these trips?
  • How can future requirements for fossil free affect your travels?

Your participation will contribute to increased knowledge about the conditions for a future sustainable transport system - both for the climate and the people. In the future, we want to invite you to another workshop to then identify solutions to test.

Do you want to participate?

Come by to the people's house! Everyone is welcome We have booked some extra coffee and would like to have more participants. So feel free to come even if you have not registered yet
