At The Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering, where there are as many as ten of these projects, the joy is great.
"Here we are very satisfied, this is a proof that our research is significant," says Charlotta Johansson, Associate Professor and Head of the Department.
The research subjects that have been granted projects include Biochemical Process Engineering, Mineral Processing, Waste Science and Technology, Chemistry of Interfaces, Economics, Wood Science and Engineering, Social Sciences, Political Science and Urban Water Engineering.
"In Urban Water Engineering, they have been particularly successful and it is perhaps not so strange as there are large investments in new infrastructure in that area around the country," says Charlotta Johansson.
