A day at LTU 2012
Lots of activities and interested future students visited Lulea University of Technology today. About 1500 high school students took the opportunity to visit the university where lectures and mingling were mixed with scientific and less scientific experiments. The student organisations active at the university worked as guides showing LTUs education programmes. The industry contributed with lecturers.
Marica Rehn and Matilda Lindberg marketed their education programme with brochures, giveaways and a little candy.
- I hope we have time to get lunch today, 'said Matilda.
Petra Videtun from MAF Architects spoke about her time as a student at LTU and their current job.
- It was blast, and great interest, said Petra after the lecture.
A day at LTU ended with a rock concert in the Aula aurora.
