Professor Uday Kumar, Director, Lulea Railway Research Centre, Lulea University of Technology S E -971 87, Lulea, Sweden told UNI, "NITI Aayog is also trying to invent such "mechanical devices'' in the Indian Railways to predict the coming technical faults/problems in the movement of the passengers and freight trains about two to five hours before the actual technical problems appear on surface at the time of train movements.
