Curious about hydrogen?
The world's eyes are turned to northern Sweden to follow a development that is at the forefront of the green transition, and Luleå University of Technology is helping to accelerate that development. This is a chance for you as an employee and student to learn a little more about a highly current topic.
We at Luleå University of Technology have our own initiative in hydrogen to accelerate education, research and collaboration when it comes to introducing hydrogen into society, it is called Centre for Hydrogen Energy Systems Sweden - CH2ESS. During autumn we welcome students and staff three open lectures about Hydrogen.
24 November Research opportunities in hydrogen safety Michael Försth, Professor of Structural Engineering at Luleå University of Technology.
We currently have over 100 researchers with us at Luleå University of Technology who are working on the development of hydrogen gas in various ways to speed up the green transition. In some of our courses, you students also notice more of hydrogen issues.
The first seminar was 20 September and was about how hydrogen is seen as an important key for the green transition. Why? And what exactly is hydrogen? How can we manufacture it and how do we work with security?
The lectures are held in English and can also be followed digitally.
