Student trip to Aitik Copper Mine

This year's students in the course Applied blasting had the opportunity to visit Aitik mine owned by Boliden. They had the opportunity to see the mining operation, benches and the emulsion factory run by FORCIT Explosives.
We thank Per-Arne Kortelainen at FORCIT Explosives and Mehmet Emre Terzi at Boliden Mineral AB for the opportunity and a very interesting study visit.
