Digitization week 2021

Published: 19 September 2021

It’s time for the Digitization Week 20–24 September! The event offers free lessons and inspiration sessions where Construction and ConTech companies share tips and experiences about the digital journey. The week is mainly adapted for small and medium-sized construction companies, which do not have their own IT departments, but everyone in the construction industry is welcome to participate. All sessions are recorded in Swedish and can be viewed afterwards via Byggföretagen's Vimeo channel.

Industrial and sustainable construction participate in the following sessions:

20/9 at 9.30 a.m. Ready for take-off

Compilation of how construction companies and those who work in construction companies perceive their digital everyday life. We also do a survey on what is in demand and required to increase awareness in our industry. The reconnaissance is the basis for the lessons and inspirational lectures that take place during the rest of the week. Kajsa Simu and Olle Samuelson

22/9 at 9.30 a.m. CoCoBots

In many sectors, robots and automation have contributed to increased productivity, quality - and not least good and safer tasks for all the heroes who perform important tasks. With the latest in robot technology as collaborative robots - Co Bots - there are great opportunities to take advantage of this in our industry - Construction. We are therefore launching a new concept of CoCoBots - where we make a future study on how CoCoBots can make your jobs safer, more fun, and more efficient. Jarkko Erikshammar

23/9 at 8.30 a.m. It will be easier if everyone understands

Visualization streamlines such things various things as construction placement and education. Paper drawings and the school desk on new digital levels. Kajsa Simu

24/9 at 14-14: 45 Act Digital - Act Sustainable

Inspiration & Closing. How do we go from thinking digitally and sustainably to acting? What needs to be changed and by whom? Technique? Mindset? Working? People? Everything, everything at the same time? The questions are many, the answers vary depending on who you ask. Welcome to take part in how a wonderfully mixed gang views these issues from their different points of view. Lars Stehn
