Om mig
I'm a WISE fellow and my research profile at LTU covers sustainable metal extraction in a circular economy and holistic sustainability of metals and alloys value chains. Current research focuses on steel recycling and various methods to avoid downcycling and negative impacts of tramp elements.
My Ph.D. in Engineering Materials covered powder metallurgical synthesis of advanced
ceramics for aerospace applications. I've been working at SINTEF in Trondheim (Norway) where I specialised in emissions and environmental aspects of ferroalloy production. A particular focus of the research has been on the airborne emissions from ferromanganese, silicon and ferrosilicon production. I have a personal interest in European languages and hold a double M.Sc. diploma in Materials Science and Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and École Européenne d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux (EEIGM) in Nancy, France.
