These activities have provided a ripple effect both internally and externally. Internally, it has been shown that students engaged in more entrepreneurial context and staff more widely implemented changes related to entrepreneurship in their operations.
One lesson is that the advantages of being entrepreneurial must be made visible even more within the university. Many students and staff linger in the security zone, rather than to challenge themselves and take the opportunity to grow as individuals.
The goal is to continue developing the content of Entreprenörielltlärande and that knowledge transfer part of it to Umeå University.
To obtain the method, a number of different activities and operations.
- Groups with different compositions in various occasions, attended courses and workshops on the topic of entrepreneurship.
- A site about entrepreneurial learning has been developed in cooperation with the project Innopreneurship and a lesson plan for training in the subject has been worked out.
- For the scientific journal International Journal of Entreprenurial Venturing has materials on entrepreneurial learning has been developed. Publication takes place in 2012. The material will be used in the courses run on the subject, especially at advanced levels.
