BECOME A MEMBER or renew your membership

The PhD student Association is a section of the Student Union Teknologkåren. Teknologkåren thus process all memberships for PhD students.

Get or renew your membership by

visiting Teknologkåren’s office at Campus Luleå
or
via Teknologkåren’s website as follows:

1. Access Teknologkåren’s member portal (Om Oss > Varför kårmedlem)
2. ”Become a member” button for new members
3. ”Log in” for renewal of membership (Ideal username login = LTU credentials)

✅ Check the option "Doktorandsektionen"
🧾 Membership fee for PhD students  (update 2021-10-29): 150kr/year

🎁 You can find the list of all benefits you are elligible to on their website.
🌟 Note that the PhD Student Association is also working independently to get you specific discounts!

How do I prove that I am a member when asked?

You can:
	1. Show the receipt / kvitto from Teknologkåren (saved in your phone or printed) *won't garantee national benefits
	2. Get the Teknologkåren Mecenat card see our page 🔗Mecenat card for the procedure to get the Teknologkåren Mecenat card *allows for national benefits
