New graduate school within the SUN initiative at Luleå University of Technology

Luleå University of Technology offers a new research programme for doctoral students that specialises in how natural resources such as forests, ore, and water can be used to transform society in a manner that achieves the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This transformation requires the successful transition of the basic industry– a process already started in northern Sweden.
