We are also studying how this affects contemporary conservation decisions. The study focuses on the town centre of Luleå, where Luleå Council has conducted an inventory of historic buildings, and the neighbourhood centre Porsön, where Luleå Council is working on a development plan.
The project is conducted through SIRen, which is a national, transdisciplinary research group working with sustainable integrated renovation. SIRen is funded by the Swedish Research Council Formas.
