The roads to fossil freedom - Workshop in Kåleboda
Rural areas, passenger transport and fossil freedom What are your experiences and thoughts?
The workshop is part of the research project "Rural fossil-free passenger transport" whose purpose is to contribute to a future sustainable transport system, both for the climate and humans.
Everyone with a close connection to Kålaboda (and the surrounding areas) is welcome to exchange thoughts and experiences about passenger transport. The workshop will be conducted as small discussion groups. Your participation will contribute to increased knowledge about the conditions for a future sustainable transport system - both for the climate and people. Hopefully this will also lead to us succeeding in identifying smart solutions!
We start with a workshop where we discuss the travel needs and challenges that exist today, after the first workshop we invite to a second workshop where we try to identify solutions we can test.
Workshop No. 1
Three "overarching" issues will be discussed:
- What trips do you make today?
- Why are you making these trips?
- How can future requirements for fossil freedom affect your travels?
The questions create a basis for understanding the social significance of your passenger transport.
