Sick buildings - sick people?
Radon pollution in buildings leads to lung cancer. In Sweden at least 500 people die each year due to radon-induced lung cancer (Lofstedt, 2018). According to FuktCentrum, Lunds Tekniska Högskola, it is estimated that 70 to 80% of all building damage is due to excessive or trapped moisture. Applied building physics can help!
