I am a Project Manager at the dept. of Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering with a broad experience of more than 25 years in management of research projects, workshops and conferences.
My background includes a degree in Engineering, a MSc in Agricultural Economics, a diploma in Marketing and training in Project Management of EU and International projects.
I have been the project manager of large research programs and projects such as NordMin – A Nordic Network of Expertise for a Sustainable Mining and Mineral Industry (Nordic), CAMM2 – Centre of Advanced Mining and Metallurgy (national), and a large number of E.U funded projects.
I have organized several workshops and conferences both national and international.
My duties include strategic planning, resource planning, budgeting, allocation of resources, contract preparation and negotiation, operation and evaluation of project activities, status and progress reports’ development and monitoring, presentation and public speaking.
