The Älvsbacka bridge

The Älvsbacka bridge in Skellefteå was opened in 2011 and with 130 meter it is Sweden's longest wooden bridge in one span for walking and cycling traffic. The bridge was designed and manufactured by Martinsons and was built by Skellefteå municipality in collaboration with Luleå University of Technology.
