Ico Broekhuizen employed after his dissertation

After defending his dissertation in Urban Water Engineering at Luleå University of Technology in spring 2021, Ico Broekhuizen continues working with the Urban Water research group bringing in his competence within stormwater modeling.
Ico continues his studies on measurements in and modeling of
stormwater system. The work will be carried out, amongst others, within DRIZZLE and the new Formas project "Achieving sustainable and multifunctional stormwater management in existing development". Alongside, he will also be involved in the development of the new civil engineering educational program Water Systems and Environment.
