Exploration Geophysics

Exploration geophysics is a subject based on the laws and methods of physics, which in combination with geological information can be used to localize natural resources such as mineral deposits, oil and water.

The focus of research is on development of geophysical methods for exploration of mineral deposits.

Exploration geophysics as a research topic at LTU was established January 2014.
