Publicerad: 28 september 2010

2010-09: In the M7014T course we had the pleasure to host an open talk from Andreas Larsson, associate professor at the Department of Design Sciences, Lund University.

His talk, titled "Sustainable Innovation", has thoughtfully discussed the different ways the development of products, services and experiences can be approached with a focus on environmental and social sustainability. Concepts like time-slicing and upcycling have been referred to examples of such innovations.

The talk has been complemented by an intriguing exercise where the attendees have been asked to reason upon how to reduce the ecological footprint of paper coffee cups, ending with many heterogeneous and appealing proposals.
