Senior Research Engineer
Research subject: Biochemical Process Engineering
Division: Chemical Engineering
Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering
Background: I obtained a bachelor's degree in mining engineering and pursued further studies with a master's degree in resources engineering, specializing in mineral processing. Upon completing my master's studies, I gained valuable experience as a research engineer in the Biochemical Process Engineering group at LTU. Currently, I am a PhD student in the same research group.
Research field: My current research is centered around the assessment and evaluation of lignin nanoparticles derived from various sources for their potential as biobased flotation reagents. The main aim of my research is to develop a novel and sustainable process for extracting valuable minerals, utilizing these biobased, biodegradable, and non-toxic lignin nanoparticles.
Interest: I enjoy listening to music, particularly pop, and proudly identify as a Swiftie. Additionally, I am an avid fan of K-dramas.
