Research profile
Researcher in Construction Management with interaction and collaboration between stakeholders and individuals as a common denominator. Focus on management and leadership with perspective of corporate governance where Lean, change management and social interaction makes a foundation. Current research and development work is related to operations strategies in construction, innovation and development in digital interfaces as well as research on business models and prerequisites for collaboration between different stakeholders and actors in the construction process.
