IT Service Development Process Manager
I manage the IT Service Development Process. That includes collection, preparation and evaluation of new IT Service Requirements from the Institutions and the University Administration.
The Service Advice Board, mananged by our CIO, approve IT Service Proposals for further investigation. This can be performed by Projects, New Services or through the Change process. It can also be decision to dismantle existing IT Services.
For approved Service Proposals, the requirements are specified and evaluated in co-operation with the Architectural team. Implementation proposals are designed.
The Service Advisory Board make a new decision before Project Planning and Establishment is initiated.
The IT Service Development process manage the IT Service Catalogue, which consist of all IT Services. The IT Services are managed by the Service Management Objects.
