I am a registered nurse with a PhD in caring sciences and a senior lecturer in nursing. I defended my doctoral thesis in May 2021 at Karolinska Institutet. Thesis in Swedish (with English abstract) is available here.
I teach various courses in the nursing program. My research interest concerns public health perspectives on dying, death and palliative care, and more specifically conversations and preparation to meet these issues. I prefer to conduct action research together with various societal actors who are affected by the research projects.
