About Me:

I have BS in Materials Engineering from GIK Institute, Pakistan, and  MS in Materials Chemistry from Stockholm University. I have previously worked with development of zeolite membrane supports, porous foams for nano-soot filtration in Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), and use of Carbon NanoTubes (CNTs) as additive for tribological applications. Along with engineering studies, I also have a degree in industrial R&D management from Warwick Business School. Recently, I finished my 2 years Marie Curie fellowship in a spin off company MDA Advance Ceramics,Turkey. My PhD research is focused towards developing coatings for high temperature tribological applications. Along with research, I have a deep interest in the process of taking experimental work to market through technology transfer.
