Brief information

I am a Ph.D. student for Control Engineering Group at the Luleå University of Technology (LTU) advised by Professor Thomas Gustafsson and Professor George Nikolakopoulos, since March 2016. My general research interests are focused on optimization, centralized, decentralized and distributed controllers with coordination in multi-agent systems.

Prior to coming to LTU, I carried out my MSc thesis on “Model Predictive Control for Energy Efficient Buildings” which is conducted in collaboration with BOSCH and TU Dortmund under supervision of Professor Sebastian Engell and Doctor Radoslav Paulen. Also I worked on a joint research program between the Systems and Research Laboratory (SMRL) at University of Tehran under Doctor Alireza Fredonian's supervision and the Greater Tehran Electrical Distribution Company of Iran, where I investigated the usage of expert systems to select proper IT infrastructures for smart grids.
