I received the master and Ph.D. degrees in applied optics from Chouaib Doukkali University, Morocco, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. After a PhD graduation, I worked as assistant researcher at Physics Department in collaboration Mechanics. In 2015, I left Morocco to the Division of Mechanical Engineering at Chonbuk National University, South Korea as a postdoctoral researcher and I was later promoted to Assistant Research Professor in 2018. I co-leaded various kinds of industrial projects pursuing technology commercialization in collaboration with Samsung Electronics (Semiconductor Division). My research interests are largely direct towards understanding and developing different optical metrology systems and measurements based on interferometric techniques.
