Misconduct

In order to prevent cheating in written examinations and other types of examinations, as well as disturbing or obstructing teaching or examinations, it is important that students receive information about courses and how they are examined at an early stage. Students and employees must be aware of the university's rules concerning, for example, education, examination, examination writing and disciplinary offenses and measures according to the Higher Education Ordinance (HF in Swedish).

The rules of procedure that apply at the examination are regulated in "Procedures for Examinations". The "Guidelines for Handling Disciplinary Matters" describes the handling of a disciplinary case at Luleå University of Technology.
