The Sámi National Day on February 6 is common to all Sámi regardless of whether they live in Sweden, Norway, Finland or Russia. In order to draw attention to and spread parts of the Sami culture that we have a connection to, we invite you to an event where we talk about some of the research projects with a Sami connection that we have with us. We also get to take part in Sami crafts and Sami music.

Circuit training helps to increase strength and fitness. The session starts with a warm-up and review of the exercises to be performed. Each exercise is performed for a set time interval before switching to the next exercise. Between each block of exercises there is series rest. The session ends with mobility.
