Facts diet

A good diet is an important factor for you to feel good, both now and in the future. A good diet is also a prerequisite for you to be able to cope with the plug. These include about eating varied and nutritious food. The food you eat should be based on slow fiber-rich carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats. Fruits, vegetables and berries are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

It can be difficult to know what to eat. There are so many myths, trends and findings. You can try to think about eating as varied as possible, and feel free to cook as much as possible yourself. It is usually best for both the body and the wallet.

It is also important to distribute the meals evenly throughout the day. The whole body works better and it is easier to eat enough if you eat regularly. This also gives you an even blood sugar that prevents weakness with, for example, headaches, fatigue and difficulty concentrating. Feel free to bring a small snack in your bag if you are going to be at school for long days.
