The health benefits are great if we regularly engage in some form of physical activity. We feel happier and sleep better. It will also be easier to keep the weight.

When we exercise / exercise our stress hormones in the body decrease and in addition a hormone called endorphins is formed. The endorphins make us feel better and feel satisfied and also have a pain-relieving effect.

Exercise / exercise has more positive effects. Oxygen uptake in the body increases, which in turn affects the brain's working capacity and ability to solve problems. We get easier to concentrate.
