Start the day with a short and effective training session! Perfect start to the day before the program starts.

The session lasts 30 minutes and includes strength and conditioning. Everyone can participate based on their own conditions.

No notification. Gathering at the pavilion at Pussen (below the B building).

Bring a water bottle and clothes according to the weather.
