If you have any questions about your health and your well-being both physically and mentally, you are welcome to contact us. It can be about worrying about your health, stress in your studies, anxiety, depression or anything else that you want to talk to someone about.

If your thoughts are related to exercise, exercise and diet, you can book a health call to get tips on activities, exercises and plans that are right for you, do a fitness test or get help with reviewing your diet.

You are also welcome to us with questions about your own / someone else's alcohol consumption, questions about drugs.
