Start the semester with a challenge where you have to run for a short time every day for 21 days, a so-called Run streak.

We do it because it's fun and because movement makes us feel good! We will draw prizes among those who complete the challenge.

This is how it works:

  1. Register that you want to join via the link below. After your registration, you will receive information on how to participate in the draw.
  2. Start any day in September and then run 1.6 km (at least) every calendar day. Continue like this for (at least) 21 days straight.
  3. Register your training in any app (to be able to enter the raffle).
  4. The place you run in doesn't matter. You can run outside or inside, on a treadmill, on the road or in the forest.
  5. Follow Studenthälsan on Facebook, where you will get our best tips on how to manage your Run streak.
  6. If it feels too tough to run - run a Walk streak instead!

What if I get sick?

Here you have to be honest with yourself - if you feel crass, you should stay home. Your health is most important. Take a break and start over on day 1 again when you are healthy.
