Norm-creative design and social innovation in Experio WorkLab
In a research report, the Experio WorkLab project is discussed in the light of knowledge in norm-creative design and social innovation. The purpose is to deepen the learning about the project's experiences and continued opportunities to achieve a sustainable and inclusive working life with the help of service design.
The Experio WorkLab External link. project, funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) for the period 2019-2022, has used service design to address challenges of sickness absence and skills supply in the public sector in Värmland. The project has been led by Region Värmland and involved seven public employers, including the region: Försäkringskassan, Eda municipality, Filipstad municipality, Karlstad municipality, Kristinehamn municipality, Säffle municipality.
The research report begins with a description of what norm creative design means and how it has been expressed in Experio WorkLab. This is followed by a description and analysis of social innovation in relation to Experio WorkLab. The report also contains some suggestions for the continued work in Experio WorkLab.
