The unification of the nations. The growth of the state apparatus. The nation state. The period of great power. The period of freedom. Political, economic and social development until our own time.Realization Lectures and seminars.Examination Student skills (mainly set up under "Contents" above) are examined trough a take-home exam (part 1) and an assignment report (part 2). The course awards the grades pass with distinction (VG) pass (G) or fail (U).Remarks Students must register for the courses themselves, or contact ETS educational administration eduets@ltu.se , not later than three days after the quarter commences.
