The selection is based on final school grades or Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test.

Course Aim
After the student is examined from this course the student can identify and solve practical problems according to the regulations between industrial suppliers. The course gives the student fundamental knowledge of legislation as well as the interplay among the building construction market’s actors.

The course introduces the student in the legal relationships between purchasers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, inspectors, and other actors in the construction industry.

Instruction consists of lectures, seminars and exercises.

This is a pass/fail course. To obtain a grade of pass, students are required to satisfactorily complete an oral examination, assignments, written report and attend compulsory seminars.


Students must register for the courses themselves, or contact ETS educational administration , not later than three days after the quarter commences. Failure to do so can result in the place being lost. This rule also applies to students with a guaranteed place.
