The courses T0013B Rock Engineering and Rock Mechanics, G0003B Soil Mechanics, T0014B Fundamentals of Rock Mechanics, T7021B Tunneling, T7023B Tunneling, G0002B Road and Railway Engineering. At least 30 hp at advanced level within the specialisation

The selection is based on 20-285 credits



Course Aim

The student shall independently design, carry out and report a project within the subject.


Contents
The project theme shall be chosen in cooperation with chosen examiner or supervisor.

Realization

The student independently plans and executes the degree project with guidance.


Examination

The examination of the course is specified, by the examiner, in a detailed course description at the course occasion and can consist of

-       written report

-       oral presentation of own work

-       public discussion of the work of others

-       seminars


Remarks

The department provides active supervision for one study period from the start of the project.
