Sociology student focuses on recruitment processes

Victor Åström, last year student in Sociology at Luleå University of Technology, recently worked in a collaboration with the Tax Agency in Luleå – a work where he analyzed the agency's recruitment processes.
– It is a good opportunity to test the knowledge that the education provides. At the end of the course I presented the results to the management team.
