Forskning, projektledning, undervisning och handledning samt en del IT-relaterat arbete. 

Forskning

Simulering av termomekaniska tillverkningsprocesser och utveckling av fysikaliskt baserade modeller för att beskriva ingående materials egenskaper. 
 

Undervisning

Materialmekanik: Plasticitet och kryp. Den är en mötesplats för materialvetenskap och kontinuumsmekanik. De underliggande mekanismerna bakom plasticitet och kryp behandlas tillsammans med konstitutiva modeller. 
Metalbearbetning: Huvudfokus ligger på principer för spår- och plattvalsning samt en introduktion till FEM modellering av termomekaniska processer för plastisk formning.
