I work as an IT administrator for the Support team within IT service. Support is responsible for providing user support within the University's IT environment throughout all its campuses. User support includes, but is not limited to, answering questions, processing IT related orders and maintaining the daily functions of the IT environment. We also provide technical support during lectures in our video studios. Servicedesk is a function within IT Service Support.
