Report faulty facilities or equipment
On this page you can report faults in our premises, buildings, broken equipment such as lighting, furniture or microwave ovens. You can also report errors that you have discovered in our IT environment, printers, copiers, AV technology and point out shortcomings in terms of accessibility. Here you can also send a request for the loan of furniture for events, extra racks or book an extra cleaning trolley.

Examples of service requests that needs to be reported to the property owner: Building, doors, electricity, elevators, cooling, heating, ventilation, sanitation.
Examples of error reporting that needs to be reported to University services: Microwave ovens, furnitures or other inventories.
